  2. The item must be in unused, undamaged, and original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  3. Certain items, such as custom-engraved or personalized watches, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:
    • Contact our customer support team at or message us on WhatsApp/Facebook within the eligible return period.
    • Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue, along with photos if necessary.
  2. Approval:
    • Our team will review your request and confirm whether the return is eligible.
  3. Shipping the Item:
    • You will need to ship the product to our return address, provided upon approval.
    • For damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  4. Refund or Exchange:
    • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your request for a refund or exchange.
    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
  • Personalized or engraved products.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Provide clear photos of the damage or defect, along with your order details.
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference.
